CRS Info Solutions reserves the right to postpone training because of instructor illness or personal issues or natural calamities (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

If a cancellation is done by a candidate within 2 days after enrollment, then full refund of training fees will be given.

If cancellation is done by a candidate after 2 days of enrollment till end of admin syllabus , due to whatsoever reason or candidate did not appear for lectures, then also 50% of the total paid fee will be deducted as transnational costs, administration cost, trainer fees cost. And the remaining amount will be refunded. Here we assume, candidate has paid full fees. From that fees, non discounted fees of admin will be deducted, and remaining fees will be returned. If candidate paid partial fees, then no refund will be done.

If the cancellation is done by a candidate as soon as development syllabus starts, due to whatsoever reason or candidate did not appear for lectures, still no refund will be made as we will be utilizing that amount in our training execution expenses, administration cost, trainer fees cost.

CRS Info Solutions holds the right to not serve candidates if he/she is found violating the company policies or found sharing the training material.

Refund, in any case is a matter subject to accounts department and the minimum time taken to generate refund would range from 1-2 weeks.
